MULTAN: The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan recovery branch has attached movable and immovable property of defaulter Supreme Tech International on the request of MCC Preventive for non-payment of outstanding dues amounting to Rs 1.113 million.
According to details, the recovery branch of MCC Multan has initiated recovery proceedings on the request of MCC Preventive Karachi because Supreme Tech International has imported goods through air freight unit Karachi and the customs had initiated the proceedings on 11/05/2011 against Supreme Tech International Company located at Kot Addu Muzaffargarh.
The Model of Customs Collectorate Preventive Karcahi has issued defaulters notice under sub section (1) of section 202 of customs act 1969. Assistant Collector MCC Preventive Karachi Asma Hassan have requested MCC Multan to provide them assistance in the recovery of outstanding dues from defaulter.
Customs have issued the notices to defaulters Supreme Tech International for the attachment of moveable and immoveable property and appoint of receiver for the management of moveable and immoveable property for the recovery of outstanding amount Rs 1.113 million.
Customs department have issued the several demand notices to owner of Supreme Tech International Company Muhammad Munir Malik for the payment of outstanding amount of Rs.1.113 million.
Assistant Collector Faizan Badar MCC Multan has given the direction to his staff after the assistance requested by the MCC Preventive Karachi for the recovery of outstanding dues as the defaulter is based at Muzaffargarh which falls within the jurisdiction of MCC Multan and initiated the further proceedings for recovery of outstanding dues.
