Customs Intelligence seizes smuggled plastic grains worth Rs 10 million

LAHORE: Customs Intelligence and Investigation has seized two trucks loaded with smuggled plastic grains. According to Customs officials on direction of Additional Director Customs Mohsin Shafique Customs team confiscated plastic material from Multan road. Customs Intelligence and Investigation team checked two trucks coming from Multan at Multan Road Lahore and recovered huge quantity of smuggled plastic HD raw material. Plastic material was smuggled from Iran through Baluchistan.

Customs Intelligence and Investigation has arrested four accused. Smuggled plastic was destined for Lahore and was carried by a Goods Transport Company of Lahore. Team of Customs Intelligence and investigation was led by Superintendent Nasir Minhas, Inspector Khwaja Zia and Malik Muhammad Hussain.
