Customs to send proposals for TPL Trakker, other companies to FBR

KARACHI: The Pakistan Customs Licensing Committee has almost finalized the recommendations based on detailed facts and figures for the renewal of TPL Trakker Limited’s licenses.

Moreover, the applications for award of license to other companies are also studied and recommendations for them too would soon be forwarded to the board for final decision, sources confided to Customs Today.

During its last meeting, the Chairman Customs Licensing Committee Javed Ghani directed the company to give a detailed report and presentation on the performance since it was given license in 2012, sources added.

“The Project Director, M/s TPL Trakker Ltd gave a presentation on the performance of TPL Trakker few days back and after the presentation, a detailed working paper has been prepared for Board’s approval regarding renewal of TPL Trakker license, the sources claimed.
