Customs Tribunal adjourns hearing of 13 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: A division bench-II of the Customs Appellate Tribunal, comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq, heard 13 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all cases until the next hearing.

According to the details, the tribunal heard 13 cases, including Space World Traders versus Customs Lahore, Shehnaz Perveen versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Sakhawat Ali versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat, Muhammad Yousaf versus Customs Lahore.

Another case Usman Ali versus Customs Sambrial, Abdul Rehman versus Customs Multan, Sardar Muhammad versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Askri Logistics three appeals versus customs Lahore, Rehmat Ullah versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

The member also heard the cases of Shah PVC coated versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Askri Logistics 33 appeals versus Customs Lahore, Shafiq Khan versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore and Askri Logistics 39 appeals versus customs Lahore.
