Customs Tribunal adjourns hearing of six cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard six cases and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The Customs Tribunal heard 10 cases, including Six Stars sports versus Customs Sambrial, Aboo Khan versus of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, and Raza Ali Shah versus Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.

On Wednesday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Abdul Kareem versus Directorate Multan Unit DG Khan, Jumma Khan versus of Intelligence and Investigation Multan and Customs Faisalabad versus Attaullah.

All six cases adjourned for the next dates not any case decided yesterday. In all cases the counsels for appellants appeared before the court and presented arguments. After hearing the arguments Tribunal members adjourns the hearing of cases for the next dates. For previous one month Customs Appellate Tribunal not decided any case due to shortage of members now both benches start working properly.
