Customs Tribunal appoints Member Omer Mehdi as controlling officer for bench-I Lahore

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal has appointed Member Technical Khawja Omer Mehdi as controlling officer for bench-I.

The decision has been taken after the appointment of Member Judicial Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti as chairman Customs appellate Tribunal.

The controlling officer will perform the administrative and financial functions regarding paymentof travelling allowance and daily allowance (TA/DA) and other contingent expenses pertaining to Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-I.

The decision has been taken under Para 6.74 of Chapter 4 of Treasury Rules of federal government and any other enabling powers conferred as head of department under financial Rules.

Copies has been sent to all department concerned.
