Appraisement-West given Rs 251.3b revenue target for FY 2015-16

KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) given revenue collection target of Rs 251.3 billion to the Model Customs Collectorate for the FY 2015-16.

According to details available with Customs Today, the MCC Appraisement West would at all collect Rs 101,734.88 million as customs duty (CD), Rs 105,218.40 million as sales tax (ST), Rs 2,069.74 million as federal excise duty (FED) and Rs 42,333.19 million as withholding tax (WHT).

The MCC Appraisement West given target to collect Rs 6,465.66 million as CD, Rs 7,924.75 million as ST, Rs 114.16 million as FED and Rs 3,458.25 million as WHT in the month of July.

In August, Rs 6,818.62 million as CD, Rs 8,845.78 million as ST, Rs 149.98 million as FED and Rs 3,643.96 million as WHT.

In September, Rs 10,102.95 million as CD, Rs 10,695.66 million as ST, Rs 308.94 million as FED and Rs 4,074.09 million as WHT.

In October, Rs 6,737.12 million as CD, Rs 9,095.70 million as ST, Rs 126.38 million as FED and Rs 3,423.85 million as WHT.

In November, Rs 6,231.88 million as CD, Rs 7,808.56 million as ST, Rs 134.13 million as FED and Rs 3,372.92 million as WHT.

In December, Rs 11,136.69 million as CD, Rs 8,754.09 million as ST, Rs 151.02 million as FED and Rs 3,360.17 million as WHT.

In January 2016, Rs 7,704.20 million as CD, Rs 7,515.70 million as ST, Rs 192.23 million as FED and Rs 3,454.95 million as WHT.

In February 2016, Rs 6,879.09 million as CD, Rs 7,515.70 million as ST, Rs 141.99 million as FED and Rs 2,934.85 million as WHT.

In March 2016, Rs 11,156.25 million as CD, Rs 8,371.71 million as ST, Rs 171.62 million as FED and Rs 3,383.10 million as WHT.

In April 2016, Rs 7,587.20 million as CD, Rs 8,498.87 million as ST, Rs 249.62 million as FED and Rs 2,827.82 million as WHT.

In May, Rs 7,751.24 million as CD, Rs 10,022.11 million as ST, Rs 198.69 million as FED and Rs 4,134.65 million as WHT. While in June, Rs 13,073.98 million as CD, Rs 9,701.98 million as ST, Rs 130.99 million as FED and Rs 4,264.58 million as WHT.
