ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal on Wednesday heard a couple of customs matters involving field offices of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and directed the respondents to submit their replies at the earliest.
The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s bench, comprising of Members Tribunal Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan, heard the matters.
M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering had filed the references.
Counsels from M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering appeared before the bench and demanded time from the bench for finalizing the preparations for the case.
The bench directed the counsels to finalize the arguments and related stuff and then appear before the bench next week.
M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering had filed cases against Model Collectorate of Customs Islamabad.
