Customs Tribunal hears 28 cases on Monday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 28 cases on Monday and adjourned all the cases until next dates.

The special bench-I comprising Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Technical Member Khawja Umer Mehdi heard the twenty eight cases scheduled for the day.

The special bench heard the cases of Shoukat Ali versus Lahore Customs Intelligence, Khan Muhammad and Shakut Mahmood versus Lahore Customs Intelligence, Rizwan khaliq versus Faisalabad Customs, ITZ Traders versus Lahore Customs Intelligence, Chudhary Abdul Waheed versus Lahore Customs, Lahore Customs Intelligence versus Hakim Khan, Lahore Customs Intelligence versus Rising Sun, Heaven Enterprises versus Lahore Customs, Lahore Customs versus Heaven Enterprises, Sohail Mehboob versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence, Fort Pakistan versus Lahore Customs, Bilal Fabric versus Faisalabad Customs, Iftikhar Hussain versus Multan Customs, O.S Corporation and Ikram International versus Lahore Customs, Khawaja Muhammad Younas versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Asghar Mehmood versus Lahore Customs.

The bench also heard the cases of Tawakal Enterprise versus Lahore Customs, Tirsaiwala Traders and A. One Enterprises versus Lahore Customs, Lahore Customs Intelligence versus Muhammad Shafique, Salahudin and Ammanullah versus Multan Customs, Frontier Enterprises versus Multan Customs Intelligence and Wali Jan and Shabbir Ahmed versus Multan Customs.
