Customs Tribunal hears 47 cases on Monday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-I heard 47 cases on Monday and adjourned all the cases for next hearings.

A two-member divisional bench comprising Chairman Ghulam Murtaza and Member Technical Khawaja Omer Mehdi heard 44 cases, while single bench consisting of Member Technical Khawaja Omer Mehdi heard 3 cases.

The Customs Tribunal adjourned 43 cases till October 26, 2015 and three cases till October 19, 20145
