Customs Tribunal puts off all eight cases’ hearings till next dates

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Division Bench-II, consisting of Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard eight important cases and adjourned all until the next hearings.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Division Bench heard cases which comprised Yasir Bashir Versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, Rai Muhammad Umer Versus Customs Lahore, Customs Faisalabad Versus Shahzad Enterprises.

On Thursday, tribunal heared Shakir Hussain Versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, Customs Sambrial Versus Nawabzada Haider, Customs Faisalabad Versus Shahzad Enterprises, and Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad Versus Shakoor.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II further heard Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad Versus Fakhar Abbas and Abdul Bari Versus Customs Faisalabad.

On the remaining two days of the week on Friday and Saturday, Customs Appellate Tribunal will not hear any case and on routine tribunal will hear cases on coming Monday. The tribunal reserved the verdicts in two cases and adjourns all other six ones on the next dates.
