Customs tribunal sets aside Valuation Ruling 618/2013, ONO No. 33/2014

KARACHI: A division bench of Customs Appellate Tribunal Karachi comprising Member Technical Muhammad Yahya and Member Judicial Muhammad Nadeen set side Valuation Ruling 618/2013, Order in Original (ONO) No. 33/2014 passed Director General Customs Valuation.

According to the details, six appeals almost identical in nature were filed by Weldon International, Lahore with Appeal No. K- 495/2014, Cannon International, Lahore Appeal No. K-496/2014,  Fotile Kitchen & Home Appliances, Lahore, Appeal No.497/2014,  Crown Engineering Company Karachi, Appeal No. 498/2014,  Sohail Traders Lahore, Appeal No. K-499/2014 and General Marketing Services importer of Gas and Electrical Appliances Karachi under Section 194-A of the Customs Act, 1969 against Order in Original No. 33/2014 dated April 11, 2014 passed by the Director General Customs Valuation.
