Customs fixes valuation of ginger, garlic

KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Valuation determined the Customs values of Ginger and Garlic vide valuation Ruling No. 754/2015 vide Customs Act 1969 Section 25-A.

According to new valuation ruling, import of ginger from China will be judged as $0.80 per kilogram, while ginger from Indonesia and Vietnam will be judged as $0.75 per kilogram. Ginger imported from India will be judged as $0.7 per kilogram.
