KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation has determined the customs value of unfinished/un-dyed polyester gray fabric vide Valuation Ruling No. 747/2015.
Earlier, Model Customs Collectorate-Port Mohammad bin Qasim sent a reference indicating under-invoicing in the import of unfinished/un-dyed polyester gray fabrics. Therefore, the issue of determination of Customs Values of the subject goods was taken up.
From now onward the unfinished/un-dyed polyester gray fabric -20 to 27 meters per kg – under PCT 5407.5100 of China origin will be assessed to duty and taxes at $4.25 per kg.
