ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra), in its report, has accused K-Electric of not producing electricity up to its full capacity.
The Nepra’s Facts Finding Committee has finalised its report regarding role of K-Electric in deaths of innocent people in Karachi due to power crisis.
According to the report, less loadshedding could reduce number of deaths. The report will be presented to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today without any delay. The committee was given the job of reviewing K-Electric’s functioning. The committee was formed after matter of worst kind of power outages was raised in the Parliament.
