Different depts impound 22 Non-Duty-Paid vehicles valued Rs27.5m

PESHAWAR: The Customs Anti-Smuggling Division (North) impounded 10 Non-Customs-Duty Paid vehicles, Customs Division Hazara did one NDP vehicle, Intelligence and Special Checking Squad Peshawar impounded four NDPs and Customs Division Kohat did seven NDP vehicles during March of Financial Year 2016-17. The total value of the seized NDP vehicles is Rs27.5million.

During above said period, the Customs Anti-Smuggling Division Peshawar impounded Suzuki Jimni Jeep, 2005 model, worth Rs1.5million, Toyota Fielder, 2002 model, worth Rs1.8million, Toyota Fielder car, 2004 model, Rs1.5million, Toyota Corolla, 1991 model, worth Rs0.9million, Toyota corolla car, 1997 model, worth Rs1.1million, Toyota fielder, 2003 model, Rs1.4million, Toyota fielder, 2001 model, Rs1.6million, Toyota Corolla, 2005 model, Rs1.8million, Toyota Corolla X, 2005 model, Rs1.8million and Honda city car, 2005 model, worth Rs1.0million.
During above said period, the Customs Division seized one NDP Honda city car, 2005 model, worth Rs1.0million whereas the Intelligence and Special Checking Squad Peshawar seized Suzuki Pickup, 1997 model, worth Rs0.6million, Toyota Corolla, X-2005 model, worth Rs1.5million, Toyota fielder, 2004 model, valued Rs1.5million and NDP Toyota corolla, model 2003, worth Rs1.2million.
The Customs Division Kohat impounded NDP vehicles including Toyota Corolla, 1994 model, worth Rs0.9million, Toyota State car, model 1992, worth Rs0.8million, Toyota Corolla, 2005 model, worth Rs1.6million, Corolla X-2005 model, worth Rs3.2million, Mitsubishi Jeep, 1995 model, worth Rs0.7million and Paso Motor car, 2010 model, valued Rs1.1million.
