SIALKOT: The special teams of Excise and Taxation (ET) Department have impounded as many as 114 different non-registered vehicles during a special crackdown launched in various urban parts of Gujranwala city.
The concerned officials added that this crackdown was launched on the special directives of Director ET Gujranwala region Rao Shakeel-ur-Rehman.
The owners of the said impounded vehicles had not paid their token and registration fees since long and their owners were also reluctant to get these vehicles registered with the ET Department due to some unknown reasons.
