According to the FBR lawyer, the directors of the sugar mill were not cooperating with the authorities in the investigation process, due to which the proceedings of the case were getting late.

The FBR lawyer pleaded before the special judge that the physical appearance of the accused was required in this case. Due to continuous absence from the proceedings, he asked the court to issue their arrest warrants.

After hearing the case, the special judge issued arrest warrants for one of the directors, Mian Haseeb Waqas.
