Excise officials informed that department was not the defaulter of the commercial fee as it paid rent of the building to the property owner and it was owners’ responsibility to pay commercial fee.

However, LDA desealed the office on assurance of the property owner to pay commercial fee

It is important to mention that excise had sealed the LDA parking plaza on default of property tax but LDA desealed it without the permission of authority concerned.
