Faisalabad Adjudication adjourns hearing of 13 cases

FAISALABAD: Deputy Collector Adjudication Asma Hameed adjourned the hearing of 13 cases till March 28, 2016. These cases were forwarded by ASO Mianwali, Sargodha, Customs Intelligence Faisalabad and Khushab.

Sources told Customs Today that one case was  referred by ASO Mianwali against accused Saidullah. ASO Faisalabad referred five cases against accused persons Shehbaz Ahmad, Muhammad Yaseen, Malik Shabbir, Muhammad Ejaz, and Rashid Mehmood.

Meanwhile ASO Sargodha referred five cases against Jamil Akhtar, Muhammad Safar, Malik Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, Abdul Bari, Mazhar Baig . Sources said that two  cases were forwarded by Customs Intelligence and Investigation Khushab against Aurangzeb Khan, Imtiaz Ahmad. The further proceedings of above mentioned cases will be held in the last week of March.
