FAISALABAD: Collector Customs Adjudication Raja Tahir Majeed issued two show cause notices to Farhan Saleem who is involved in smuggling of generator and and Muhammad Latif who is owner of non-duty paid Hino truck.
Sources told Customs Today that at the time of seizure of generator, and Hino truck both accused persons were failed to provide any legal documents regarding the possession of goods.
Now the Customs Adjudication has directed both the suspects to appear with legal documents on February 26, 2016. While a representative of the Customs Department will also attend the hearing.
