Faisalabad Adjudication recovers Rs 35.4 million until December 2015

FAISALABAD: The Customs Adjudication Faisalabad recovered Rs 35.4 after concluding different seizure cases until December 31, 2015.

Sources told Customs Today that the Faisalabad Customs Adjudication decided almost 47 cases during December 2015.

The adjudication issued Order-in-Original(ONO) in all cases in favor of the Customs Anti-smuggling Organization and Customs Intelligence and Investigation.

The department heard cases of smuggled oil, cloth, tea auto parts, Iranian diesel, Rani juice, Toyota Corolla and other item during the said period.

Collector Adjudication Raja Tahir Majeed decided  2 cases which involves Rs 8.196 millions. While Additional Collector Bilamur Ramzan settled 6 cases involving Rs 11.585 million.

Deputy Collector Asma Hameed decided 39 cases which involves Rs 15.713 million and announced decision in favor of Customs Intelligence and Investigation in December.
