FIA arrests 12 human traffickers from Punjab

LAHORE: The Anti-Human Trafficking Cell of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested 12 human traffickers from different cities of Punjab.

Sources told Customs Today that the names of the arrested accused were mentioned in the list of “most wanted human traffickers”. The suspects were arrested from Lahore, Gujrat and Gujranwala.

Those who were arrested by FIA authorities are identified as Ishfaq, Ilyas, Sohail, Azam, Nasir, Aqeel, and Zawar Afzal, the three most wanted smugglers also arrested namely Hussain, Naeem Baber and Ashraf. FIA authorities already started investigations from arrested accused perons about their involvement in human smuggling.
