Faisalabad ASO seizes smuggled items worth Rs 2.6m in 24 days

FAISALABAD: The Model Customs Collectorate Anti-Smuggling Organisation (ASO) confiscated smuggled items worth Rs 2.66 million and arrested six suspects during the first 24 days of April 2016.

Officials said that the Faisalabad ASO seized cigarettes of assorted brands worth Rs 298,252, auto parts worth Rs 21,200, tyres and tubes worth Rs 416,566 and foreign origin tea worth Rs 924,800 during the said period.
