Faisalabad Customs Appraisement collects Rs 2.87 billion in December

FAISALABAD: The Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement collected Rs 2.878 billion in wake of duty/tax against the assigned target of Rs 3.812 billion in December, 2015.

As per details, the Faisalabad Customs Appraisement has achieved its target by 75 percent. It has collected Rs 588.95 million under the head of customs duty against the target of Rs 1.371 billion and achieved target by 43 percent.

It also collected sales tax to the tune of Rs 2.137 billion against the set target of Rs 2.240 billion by achieving the target by 95 percent during the said period.

Similarly, the Customs Appraisement has collected Rs 126.92 million against the target of Rs 198.95 million under the head of income tax and achieved its target by 64 percent. In wake of federal excise duty, it has collected Rs 27.74 million against the target of Rs 1.94 million.
