Faisalabad Customs Appraisement collects Rs 5.396 billion in 9 months

FAISALABAD: The Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement surpassed the revenue target for first nine months (July-March), 2016 by Rs 65 million, as it collected Rs 5.396 billion against Rs 5.331 billion.

As per details, the Custom Appraisement was assigned Rs 3148.73 million target in wake of sales tax but it surpassed the target by 135 percent, as it collected Rs 4243.10  million during the said period. Under the head of customs duty, it collected Rs 934.43 million against the target of Rs 1818.05 million by achieving target up to 51 percent.
