Faisalabad customs recovers Rs1.5m from companies in April

FAISALABAD: Customs recovery branch recovered Rs 1.5 millions in the wake of differential amount from Faisalabad based companies during April 2016.

Sources told Customs Today that recovery branch Deputy Collector Rana Falik Shair said that Faisalabad Customs has also started a survey for the recovery of outstanding taxes. He formed a special team under the supervision of Muhammad Anwar Pervaiz (superintendent), which also included Inspector Muhammad Faizi Raza, Muhammad Akram and clerk Muhammad Zeeshan.

The deputy collector said those companies which paid the outstanding amount are Hach International Rehman Gold, K.P.I  (Private) Limited, Crestyle (Private) and Usman Trading Company. He said that the department will continue to pursue defaulters to pay outstanding amount of taxes.
