Faisalabad Customs to hold auction of non duty paid vehicles, goods on March 22

FAISALABAD: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation will conduct auction of impounded vehicles and seized goods on March 22.

According to details Customs Intelligence will present 9 lots for public auction, including two foreign origin Generator 150-50 KVA, printed plastic paper (scrap condition), 5395 A.S cloth (2124 kilograms), foreign origin curtain cloth and cotton cloth for bed sheets (1425 kilograms), foreign origin dyed brown shade knitted fleece fabrics, Micro fine Tang pins, loop lock, and foreign origin zip,  Samsung brand LED  in different models and series, ceramic tiles Kashi Eram brand made in Iran (791.58sq), and parts of 12 dismantled vehicle tampered cut and weld.

All these vehicles and others items were seized by the Customs Intelligence and Investigation and Field Investigation Unit (FIU) Khushab during anti smuggling activities in the region.

Deputy Director Muhammad Riaz Hussain will supervise the auction process, while Superintendent Zahid Raza Bukhari and Intelligence Officer Muhammad Saleem will conduct the auction process.

The Customs Intelligence and Investigation is presenting all those vehicles and various goods after conclusion of seizure cases. The Customs Intelligence authorities are trying to generate more revenue before the end of the current fiscal year 2016-17.
