Faisalabad Customs to hold auction of non-duty paid vehicles, goods on Sept 22

FAISALABAD: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad will conduct auction of impounded vehicles and seized goods on September 22 (today).

According to details Customs Intelligence will present 13 lots for public auction, including Toyota Corolla car, Hino Ranger truck, Indian origin black tea, Samsung brand LED TV in different model and series, foreign origin motorcycle tyres and tubes.

All these vehicles and others items were seized by the Customs Intelligence and Investigation and Field Investigation Unit (FIU) Khushab during anti-smuggling activities in the region.

Deputy Director Muhammad Riaz Hussain will supervise the auction process, while Superintendent Saif Ullah and Mansoor Khan, Muhammad Saleem Intelligence Officer will hold the auction process.

The Customs Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad Range Office is presenting all those vehicles and various goods after conclusion of seizure cases. The Customs Intelligence authorities are trying to generate more revenue before the end of the on-going  fiscal year 2015-16.
