Faisalabad FIA arrests two human traffickers

FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two human traffickers who are involved in illegal business of sending innocent people abroad.

Sources told Customs Today that Assistant Director FIA Ch Mazarullah received information that some persons are extorting huge amounts from innocent people by promising to send them abroad.

He formed a team and raided Kohinoor Plaza and arrested two human smugglers who were later identified as Zulqurnain son of Muhammad Zulfiqar and Muhammad Khayyum son of Shair Ali. The FIA team also recovered passports. forged stamps, medical certificates, fake visas and other important documents from them.

The FIA has registered a case of human smuggling against the suspects and further investigations are in progress.
