FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human traffickers, Abdul Naeem and Tahir Mehmood during a raid.
Almost eight cases of different types including 363/15, 373/15, 375/15, 376/15, 377/15, 378/15, 379/15, and 380/15 have been registered against the accused persons. The FIA has arrested these persons from Dubai Tika Shop near Babar Chowk.
According to FIA assistant director, both accused were running illegal business of sending people abroad, especially to European and Middle East after extorting amount from the people.
However, the FIA has also seized a large number of passports and several fake visas of different countries and fake stamps from their possession.
The team comprising Inspectors Muhammad Awais, Muhammad Sajad, Muhammad Ajmal and sub-inspector Allyas Bhatti conducted raid against the accused persons.
