Faisalabad RTO informs traders about benefits of tax amnesty scheme

FAISALABAD: On the instructions of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Regional Tax Office (RTO) Chief Commissioner Shad Muhammad and Inland Revenue Zone-III Commissioner Muhammad Aftab Alam formed two teams to create awareness about Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme.

The members of the team “A” , IR officer Muhammad Zafar, Auditor Ishtiaq Ahmad and Bailiff Nisar Ahmad, held a meeting with the traders of Toba Tek Singh and Gojra.

On the other hand, the team “B”, comprising Additional Commissioner Abdul Khaliq, Inspector Ijaz Hussain and Bailiff Nasir Ali, held meetings with traders and officials of the Jhang Tax Bar Association.

During the meeting, all advantages of the scheme were explained by the officials. The traders were informed that how they will be facilitated after registering with the FBR under the tax amnesty scheme.

The traders warmly welcomed the scheme and promised that they will avail full advantages of the said scheme.
