Faisalabad RTO-II forms special teams to create awareness about tax amnesty scheme‏

FAISALABAD: The Regional Tax Office (RTO-II)  has formed special teams to create awareness about tax amnesty scheme among the business community.

Sources informed Customs Today  that Chief Commissioner and Commissioner Inland Revenue Dr Muhammad Akram Khan instructed the officials concerned to constitute these teams

Sources said that these teams will work in different areas of the city which includes Sargodha Road Small Industrial Estate, Canal Road, Susan Road, Madina Town, District Chiniot, chamber of commerce and cloth market Faisalabad, Jaranwala, Koh-e-Noor City, Tehsil Samundari, Dajkot Road, Montgomery, Rail Bazar, tehsil Tandlianwala and Dijkot Town.

Sources said that these teams during their meetings with traders will apprise them about the benefits of Voluntarily Tax Amnesty Scheme (VTAS) and explain them that they will be exempted from any audit and banking transactions.
