KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has allowed zero-rated sales tax on supply of diesel, oil and coal.
The FBR, exercising powers conferred upon it by clause (d) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with SRO, 1125(I)2011 dated 31.12.2011, made the following further amendments in its Sales Tax General Order No 133 of 2016 dated November 24, 2016.
Under the General Order, after the condition (c), the condition (d) (for period of 12 months from the date of issuance of this STGO) may be added which will be effective from Nov 24, 2016.
