MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue has decided to award one pre-mature increment to all employees of BP-5.
The Federal Board of Revenue Finance Division have approved one pre-mature increment in the budget of financial year 2015-16. Those employees which have already availed the benefit of pre-mature increment against the posts of basic pay scale 1 to 4 last year will not be entitled to get the pre-mature increment this time.
The purpose of increase in the salaries of the employee’s basic pay scale is to address their grievances in the budget 2015-16. This admissibility of increment will not affect the annual increment due on 1-12-2015 and it is admissible under as per law.
Customs employees’ less than basic pay scales 5 have shown pleasure over the decision of pre-mature increment to them in the financial budget 2015-16.
