FBR bids farewell to outgoing members

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenues (FBR), in line with its traditions, held a meeting of the Board-in-Council to bid farewell to its recently retired officers.

The meeting was held at the FBR House chaired by BR Chairman Nisar Muhammad Khan and attended by Members of the Board.

Syed Ejaz Hussain, Member TPA and Ahmad Dildar, who recently retired in BS-21 (FBR HQ), were invited to the meeting to pay homage and bid farewell to them by the Board-in-Council.

The officers, who were invited to the meeting on special invitation, shared their views and work experiences during their careers in and outside the FBR. The FBR members hailed the services rendered by the retired officers and also shared some pleasant memories while working together with the honorably retired officers.

The chairman FBR  in his concluding remarks appreciated the services of the above officers and their hardwork and commitment to the organization.

The FBR chairman and all the members highlighted the moral values practiced by outgoing officers and unanimously praised the high level of integrity and honesty exhibited by them during their entire career.

Nisar Muhammad Khan emphasized that the retired officers with their enriched experience behind them must continue contributing to the society. He wished them all healthy and prosperous life in future. At the end, the Chairman, FBR presented souvenirs and flower bouquets to the outgoing officers of FBR.
