ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan will go to Dubai next week to participate in talks with the International Monitory Fund (IMF). According to sources, he is expected to go on July 29.
The last phase of the negotiations between Pakistan and IMF will start from July 27 in Dubai. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar will represent Pakistan in talks and FBR chairman will brief about the financial year. The FBR chairman will brief the IMF about the recoveries and strategies of the department. It is pertinent to mention here IMF has already appraised for the achievements of FBR and Chairman will also give briefing on impose the tax. It is expected the IMF will be appreciate the achievements of the FBR about tax.
