KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) successfully collected Rs 600.4 billion during first four months of current fiscal year 2015-16.
Additional Commissioner Regional Tax Office-III Ihsan Malik told Customs Today that collection of Rs 600.4 billonin just four months is a very positive sign we still have to achieve our assigned target in this regard. He said we are trying our best to achieve our revenue collection target till the end of current fiscal year.
Ihsan Malik said that we already issued twenty thousand notices to tax defaulters till yet. He said that we are taking measures to bring at least 10 thousand people under tax net.
