ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to translate all rules of Income tax, Sales Tax, and Customs Act in Urdu.
The FBR officials further informed that after translation it will be shared on website in Urdu and also publish in the binding shape. The purpose is to facilitate the taxpayers. The FBR also expected a common man easily understand the rules in simple language without the help of a professional and it would also be helpful in clearing the concept about taxes and the FBR.

Member Operation Dr Arshad said that the work has started on translation in simple language on the instructions of Chairman FBR Nisar Mohammad Khan. He further said that a common man should understand the importance of tax and in that case it would not be difficult to enhance tax net.
