KARACHI: On the directions of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), all the Regional Tax Offices (RTOs), Large Taxpayer Units ( LTUs) and other field formations have started taking stern action against non-filers.
The FBR sources told Customs Today that this action is being taken to bring non-filers into the tax net. Sources added that over 3,000 notices have been issued to date while notices will be issued to around 22,000 people until September 25.
