FBR directs IRS officers to submit PERs for promotion into BS-18

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) directed the officers of Inland Revenue Service (IRS) to submit their performance reports for consideration of promotion into BS-18.

According to a circular issued by the FBR, the departmental promotion committee (DPC) for promotion of IRS officers of BS-17 to BS-18 will be held shortly.

The FBR advised all officers in promotion zone up till 44th CTP to ensure their performance evaluation reports (PERs) should be submitted by May 26, 2021.

The completion of PERs is pre-requisite for promotion to next grade. The board is trying its best to ensure that all officers who fulfill the requisite criteria should be considered for promotion in time.

All officers are finally directed to get their PERs completed as early as possible.
