FBR felicitates six officers for being posted as commercial counsellors/attaches

KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended best wishes to its six officers for their postings/selection as commercial counsellor /secretary and community welfare attaches by Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis.

The officers are Abu Bakar Siddique, Additional CIR, RTO Lahore, Muhammad Khalid Jameel, Secretary FBR, Haroon Masood, Additional CIR, RTO Peshawar, Dr Murtaza Siddique Khan, Additional CIR, RTO, Faisalabad, Dr Muhammad Khurram, Secretary FBR and Waqas Ahmed, Deputy Director, DOT Lahore.

In this regard, Secretary Mgt.IR-I Mussarat Ullah Khan forwarded a letter which read as: “the Federal Board of Revenue congratulates officers of Inland Revenue Service on their selection as commercial counsellor/secretary and community welfare attaches and wishes them well for their new assignments”.

“The Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis have issued posting orders directing you to join the assigned posts. It is requested that the FBR may be informed of the date on which you plan to depart so that the same can be made part of record”, the letter added.
