FBR field offices to remain functional on May 30-31

ISLAMABAD: All field offices of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will remain open on May 30 and 31 for the collection of taxes.

In a notification, the FBR stated that all Large Taxpayers’ Offices (LTOs), Medium Taxpayers’ Offices (MTOs), Corporate Tax Offices (CTOs), and Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) were to remain open on Saturday and Sunday.

The directions were passed in order to facilitate the taxpayers’ paying their outstanding dues and taxes.

“These offices will observe May 30and 31 as normal working days for the collection of duties and taxes.”
