FBR forms team to deal with business-related issues concerning Iris

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has constituted a Business Domain Team with immediate effect and until further orders to deal with all business domain-related issues concerning Iris.

The team consists of Zain-ul-Abidin Sahi, Chief (BDT-IT)/ Project Director (Iris); Talha Aziz Khan, Secretary (BDT-IT)/ Additional Project Director (Iris) and Kashif Younas, Second Secretary (BDT-IT)/ Deputy Project Director (Iris).

The Business Domain Team will supervise development and improvement of Iris modules and ensure that they are developed strictly according to law. The Team will also strive towards making Iris more user-friendly and simple to use.

The officers, including Javed Iqbal, Additional Commissioner, LTU, Karachi; Syed Muhammad Sharique Tanweer, Deputy Commissioner, RTO, Islamabad and Muhammad Sulaiman, Deputy Commissioner, RTO-II, Lahore, will assist Business Domain Team as focal persons for Iris issues at their respective stations.
