FBR seeks suggestions from companies on electronic tax returns forms

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued an electronic tax returns form for the companies and sought the suggestions and recommendations from stakeholders on the draft of the form.

Official sources told Customs Today that 33 pages electronic tax returns form has included sections of local and foreign property, income earned from foreign offshore companies and also investment/profit earned from foreign companies.

Sources also added that after receiving suggestions and recommendations from the concerned stakeholders the board will finalize and issue the form.

Meanwhile, charity given to Pakistani trusts, revenue earned from the capital gain on investment in foreign countries, payment over Rs50 million to individual or companies, revenue earned from  foreign companies, earning made in the capital territory and also agricultural income made in the provincial territory are also asked in the form, sources concluded as saying.
