LAHORE: The Regional Tax Office-II (RTO-II) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued an income tax notice to Punjab Services and General Administrations (S&GAD) Additional Secretary Kiran Khurshid.
Sources said that Kiran Khurshid has not been filing her income tax returns and asset details to the board since 2013. Therefore, the FBR, taking legal action, has served a notice on her to submit asset details and tax returns.
It may be mentioned here that Inland Revenue (IR) Assistant Commissioner Akbar Mayo has summoned the details of Kiran Khurshid.
She is a DMG officer and has been serving in Sheikhpura as District Coordination Officer (DCO). Now, she is performing her duty in Services and General Administration of Punjab.
