IHC two benches will hear eight tax references today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear eight tax references involving Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue and Customs Appellate Tribunal on Wednesday (today).

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah will hear a customs duty reference filed by M/s United Express against Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad. The same bench will also hear an income tax matter challenging the decision of ATIR. This reference was filed by M/s Ruby Jeweler.
