ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) has adjourned the hearing of cases, seeking ‘fixation of seniority’ at the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The FBR employees Saeed Ullah Khan and Amir Khan had filed petitions through their counsel Khalid Munir.
A division bench of the FST comprising Rafique Hussain and Syed Muhammad Hamid heard the cases. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the bench adjourned the hearing until December 8, 2015.
