KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to verify academic credentials of its officials. The process of verification process will begin during the last week of September, 2015.
Sources told Customs Today that the FBR authorities were receiving complaints that few officials of their department holds forge degrees.
Sources revealed that notices are being issued to officials of grade 17 and above in which departments has asked them to submit their original educational certificates from matriculation to MA to the administration department for verification. The verification process will start from September 24, 2015.
