FBR transfers customs superintendents

SIALKOT: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred Superintendents from Customs Collectorate , Sialkot, Peshawar Collector and Collector Islamabad on the recommendation of member customs FBR while the Superintendents relinquished and assumed charges after transfer.

Sources told Customs Today Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred Superintendent Muhammad Naeem Khan from Sialkot to Peshawar whereas transferred Superintendent Muhammad Jan from Peshawar to Sialkot on the seat of Muhammad Naeem Khan Whereas the FBR transferred Superintendent Syed Jarar Ali Shah from Islamabad to Sialkot on a vacant seat and this seat was vacant since long.

The transferred superintendents have relinquished and assumed charges on their newly posting. The transferred of said Superintendents were on routine whereas the transferred Superintendents have started their work at Customs Collectorate Sialkot. It is pertinent to mention here that the FBR will designate one Assistant Collector and Three Inspectors and other staff at Sialkot Customs Collctorate to cover up shortage of staff. Customs official said that the FBR has made a plan to complete shortage of staff Sialkot Customs. He told that the present staff is showing good performance day by day even with shortage of staff the department achieving better target which assigned by FBR.
